The Quincy Master Race
Welcome and salutations good friends. So you decided to make a Quincy huh? Well congratulations and you have now taken your first step to joining the Wandenreich or the Invisible Empire. Like the name implies, the Quincy faction is a smaller group that lives within the human world largely undetected by other groups. Utilizing the world economy and black market, the Quincy Faction created a chain of corporations that are manipulated and ultimately owned by them to further their ambitions. Think DOW Jones if they were ran by a cabal of supernatural archers. This business also acts as a front for both their legitimate and extra-legal ventures.
The Quincy are run by their king who acts as CEO of the company and two Sternritter Grandmasters who help oversee the rest. Underneath them are the rest of the Sternritters which make up the core of the elite fighting force of the Quincy Faction. Each of them, will be a "C-level" employee within the company which would make them the head of whatever their respective field will be. The current positions are as followed

What is a Quincy?
The Quincy, for all intents and purposes, are gifted humans. They look human, they act human and can lead normal human lives just like any other normal human if they choose to do so. What makes them super human is their ability to control and absorb reishi, spirit particles, and forge them into weapons or tools. This is usually done with the aid of a cross which is exactly what it sounds like, although it is not completely necessary to utilize all their abilities.
In addition to their own personal abilities, Quincies tend to be ranged specialists traditionally utilzing bows as their primary weapon although swords and really other any weapon is not uncommon or unexpected. To summon these weapons, Quincies pull spirit particles from around them to form their weapon and projectiles.
Other Quincy techniques include the Hirenkyaku or God Step that is the equivalent of the shunpo or sonido, and the Blut or Blood which provides a form of a defense similar to an arrancar's hierro. The last common shared ability is the Ginto or Silver Tubes which contain a small amount of spiritual energy that when used can create powerful spells to either subdue foes or perform auxiliary effects.
Unique to all but the strongest Quincy is the Volstandig (VC w/ Bankai and up) which acts like a Bankai in that it grants the user immense power. Usually taking the form of angelic wings of reiatsu on the back of user, it allows for faster absorption and control of spirit particles which is what grants the Quincy extra strength and greater then normal abilities. The final high level ability is the Ransotengai which allows the Quincy to wrap their body in spiritual thread in order operate it in case it is rendered immobile. Historically it had been used by old Quincys in order to continue fighting but can have other applications.
What Do I Get If I Become A Sternritter, Your Grace?
I'm glad you asked, when you become an elite member of the Wandenreich you get large amounts of stock in the most powerful company in the world and a safe and secure job as the head of any department you wish... that's not enough for you huh? Ok fine, you also get your own unique ability like shooting fire out of your butt or the ability to use your snot as a weapon. In reality, there is no limit to what your ability can be as long as it is reasonably within your tier limit. So for example if you are a Lt. Rank you can't destroy the world with an atomic fart. This is regardless of how awesome such an ability would be.
Also you get assigned, or rather you choose a letter and a moniker for your ability. So for instance if you so love atomic farts you can be "F" for The Flatulent. Letters are first come first serve so come while they are hot. Here is a list of possible occupations

What is the Vollstandig?
As I eluded to before the Vollstandig is the basic equivalent of the Bankai or Ressuricon but with a few differences. First of all it does not usually give new abilities but rather enhancing the currently existing ones and enhancing things like durability, speed and overall power. Also the only thing that changes physically is the appearance of angelic like wings and possibly creating a new spiritually generated weapon.
The two unique things about it is an increase in spiritual awareness that can detect illusions and their ilk as long as the Quincy in question is stronger then the user of the illusion. The other is the
Sklaverei or Slavery which allows the Quincy to absorb reishi based objects and add a small boost to their own power temporarily. When performed the Quincy takes upon some of the physical characteristics of the object in question. For instance if someone summons a large cat and that is absorbed then the Quincy may gain claws temporarily. There are limits however. They can not absorb reiatsu based objects so no people or shikais/bankais can become absorbed unless they detach from the main user. For example Mayuri's giant baby thing couldn't be absorbed but if it had small crab creatures that detached itself to attack others, then that could be absorbed. The Quincy also can't absorb things stronger then itself.
Other Equipment
Sanrei Glove v.1- An outdated tool for training. The current king does not advise its use unless under expert supervision but there are a few floating around and not just in the form of gloves. It makes reishi absorption harder in order to increase power. When removed it activates the Letzt Stil which is similar to the Vollstandig but removes all Quincy powers after a short time and never to be returned unless a highly dangerous and difficult ritual is performed
Sanrei Glove v.2 - The current model that acts similar to V.1 but allows the Vollstandig to be released. Unlike v.1 though it requires a lot more rigores training to use Vollstandig but negates the draw back.
Seele Schneider - A physical conduit that helps with reishi absorption creating a weapon. Similar to the Quincy Cross except usually taking the form of a melee weapon. In Ishida's case in Bleach it took the form of a sword that doubled as an arrow.
