Open Request (Okawa Keimon, Vizard)

I'LL TAKE THE CASE!  Need to look over your character and figure out who'd be fun to post opposite them with when I get home.

It's all good. If you can't figure one out, I can wait or make another character.

I guess I don't actually know a lot about Okawa. Like where do they live, what do they do normally, etc.?

These are good questions, so thank you for bringing them up. I was looking on the forum and there's a section called Japan, but no cities. I could make up a town where he lives though. Right now I'm thinking he lives alone in a residential area, primarily attending school as a social cover. I'll plan to hammer details when I have more time to do so.
