"Right..." Masaru gave a nod, following Yysara out as they headed through the sterile looking halls. His men followed behind him, the ones that had followed him into the room earlier having briefed them on what they were going to be doing.

The rooms they'd passed so far...held nothing noteworthy about them, no information to really be extracted from them... Hm...

Shortly after though...

Not safe then...

"Alright. I'll keep an eye out." Saying that, he glanced back towards the shinigami behind him and nodded, warning them to keep their guards on high and to be careful.

The first of the more dangerous areas...

Eugh... At most there was a twitch of the eye from him as the smell of blood entered the atmosphere; it was strong, the stench...this room had...

Full of victims...

What were they trying to do...

Masaru looked around, eyes scanned the room as he stepped inside himself. The stench was almost overwhelming, but he couldn't let that halt him in his duties.

"Dissection... some look torn... Rebuilding?... They were researching...something...perhaps..." That was rather straight foward information, but Masaru was mostly talking to himself right now rather than listing important notes...

What had they possibly been trying to figure out? If there weren't some bodies that looked like they'd been put back together with...other pieces then there would be...just outright assumptions of a lust for massacre, but...by appearances it seemed just a little more than that...

"Potentially hyrids... Though odd ones. Almost as if the person was frankenstein..." Yysara seemed acquainted with the book and blinked as she took more notes on the composition of a particularly gruesome molding. Somehow the person had fused partially and with vary results forms of different races though some were unidentifiable. Was it a human or some form of spiritual being?

At least the hollow and arrancar and animal parts were easy to figure out. There were a few with large monstrous legs that could only have come from hollows or obviously huge animal characteristics such as a scythe like arm coming from a human looking body.

Nothing was left alive though the room had an odd smell overlaying the blood and there was residue on the surfaces as if something had filled the room at one point.

"Did they find what they were looking for and purge the rest? Or was there some other reason they were all killed..." Some looked like they had been oddly functional it seemed and Yysara blinked at one body that looked somewhat not bothered by its new limbs or grotesquely explode and/or mutilated but still just as dead as the rest...

Masaru thought silently along with Yysara as she noted things; it was a wonder... What had they been trying to do? What were they attempting to accomplish by...doing this...

His eyes briefly flashed over to the fused body, how the person had taken parts of other creatures and...attached or mutate them...

They simply had to hope that this wasn't some form of sick toying just for fun... Though, even if there was a purpose...he had doubts it could be a good one if it required them to go this far with things.

His eyes ventured from the various corpses to looking around the room again, scanning the area again and catching some sort of residue with his eyes.

Hn...

"Something?" Yysara finished her examinations for the moment, gathering as much data as possible before she straightened up. It seemed the shinigami was thoughtful over something and before she led him along further into the base, she must figure out what.

If it was some detail she had missed... It was important she know it...

"I can't...exactly make an exact statement... There seems to be a form of residue in the room, I...can only hope these...experiments weren't in sick fun." Masaru answered, pulling his eyes away from the room to follow Yysara as she guided him further along the base. "Even if they had a goal though, this is not..."

What had been in there was...sick to say the least, his own opinions mattered little right now though...and it wasn't sharing time to that regard; if he saw anything he would say so... He needed to keep his focus and guard up.

"...I see. I shall add it to the list." Yysara blinked as Masaru pointed out the residue and she ordered a thrall to lead her further in. Masaru and his men would be safer if the thrall went first and she swiftly led him along, through weirdly patterned rooms with all sorts of scribbles written on the walls and on whiteboards.

They'd need to document as much as possible as fast as possible just in case of some mess up and the whole place blowing up, since that was a distinct possibility really at this point in the leader's minds.

The traps in the halls were either already set off or this section was of no importance and thus NOT trapped to hell and back really.

Horrific sights were beheld, diagrams... all sorts of weird things... Until they reached a rather important room that had Yysara pausing and obviously weirded out. Her eyes were wide and her breathing a bit halted as she stared in this... this place.

If Masaru ever remembered the story Aoi told him at some point in their friendship about a lab she had found out in rukon...it would fit the description rather exactly. On the walls there were what looked like cylindrical containers filled with pulsating energy, hollow energy. Diagrams and schematics filled the walls of the room and a large computer screen had all sorts of information running on it, but what was most startling was the fact that there was more than a little bit of information on shinigami/hollow hybrids...

Yysara, having used the thralls to check for traps blinked back her shock before entering. "...There are such like this? How...odd."

A nod was given to Yysara's words as she noted his findings, walking along with her as she sent a thrall up ahead.

It would...be less dangerous for them if one of the thralls were sent.

The rooms were...odd he noticed as they headed through them; but nothing to make him stop to look at. There was no time for that now, and they couldn't be slow about this either.

There was no telling what might happen if they dallied.

There was... a lack of traps he realized as they walked along. Had they already been set off, or...were there none...? For now, there was no way of knowing that...

The area was unsettling, but nothing he couldn't handle; when they reached the next room though...

Before he noticed the room, he noticed Yysara's reaction; until now she'd been mostly stoic, but now she was obviously reacting to...

His eyes shifted towards the room, and widened after a short moment. This... It seemed...oddly familiar...

Where had he...

...Aoi! She'd...described a place like this to him, and this...was oddly very fitting of that description. "This is..."

Shinigami/Hollow hybrids...

"...I am making note and sending the information for this room to be added to the list." This room was something of extreme interest and Yysara was sure the Corona would want to know. Pastel lifted its head and pointed to the wall with the containers of energy, moving to the floor and quickly heading for that while Yysara made strides for the computers. A few taps and buttons later and she had information popping up.

"I believe you will want to come this way and have your men begin documenting, Captain Shirakawa. This information is...fascinating." Her crimson snake-like eyes began taking in the piles of data kept here while her fingers tapped across the screen. Information about hollows, shinigami, how they could be mixed together for the safest and strongest mix of both worlds...

Limits, problems of such beings. The name Visored...

A history of her research, her findings... It seemed the woman, her name written across the screen at intervals finally, was the original source of such beings...

Masaru gave a nod; that would be best to do... There was probably much still to learn about the room that might escape even their eyes throughout their search for answers...

They needed to learn what they could...

His eyes scanned over the various computers in the room, as well as the containers of energy. Noticing movement, he looked back to Yysara and the computers to see she'd brought something up.

Information...

Hollows, shinigami...mixing them...

That was the type of information that was being listed here...

"Right." As Yysara suggested, and as he wanted, he turned to the shinigami of his Division following him and informed them on what to do.

They were to document this information, it was all important.

His eyes also looked upon the knowledge while his men were documenting everything, reading what he saw. Visored... That was...

The name of the one seemingly in charge of these files as well... It looked to be a woman's. That was important, they had found information...

What in the world... Was really going on in this place? It was a mishmash of everything imaginable, the rooms and halls just impossibly distorted by some mind that made sense of things in her own special way?

Or his... The name was feminine it seemed, but Yysara wasn't sure. It could be a psuedonym or fake name of some sort...

But this information was all bits and pieces, strewn across the room in some organization that she didn't understand one bit.

Yysara had the thralls begin documenting as well, working alongside the shinigami as she stood thinking, her eyes staring blankly at the wall. Pastel was messing with containers, seemingly examining things on shelves it had no ability to get up but had.

"Soon the technical workers should be allowed to enter the building. Your... Division Twelve then. Our scientists. I hope they make more sense than we have of this." Yysara was curious and hoped she'd be allowed to stay and help those specialized and valuable people.

"Yes, this information would be best suited for each of our research specialists to examine." Masaru agreed, looking over the information still as it appeared on screen.

Their specialists would possibly get much more use out of this information than they could...help them find answers they may miss themselves.

The information right now...seemed to be in disconnect, it was in bits and pieces... It was difficult to make much sense out of what was given to them other than a few key things.

Yysara nodded, intending to head back for the moment and double check the security of the halls for such valuable personnel. She hoped that the other team was okay, leaving Pastel in the room to be a warning for others if the snake found trouble.

It would be an annoying job, but it was all that was left for them now as the rest of the thralls spread through and disabled things. As she stepped into a hallway, she felt a shifting in the place before a voice came over her communication device. "I have the security secured. This asshole was insane, but that helped~ Should be safe for now. Let the scientist types in."

Nodding, Yysara headed down the halls to lead the specialists in. The Captain would be fine alone, he had to have gotten a message from her as well.

Momentarily, Masaru glanced over to Yysara who was leaving the room; he remained where he was, looking over things and all that they'd found here while his men gathered and documented what data they could.

He was silent as a message was heard through the communications device shortly after feeling a slight shifting; the specialists would be let in then... Things were secure at least in this room so there shouldn't be any problems.
