Beaches and Birthdays [nsfw]

"Mm, naps on the beach can be nice when you have someone to guard your stuff. The sound of the waves is really soothing~" Miyako was obviously tempting him, her voice rising into almost a singsong. Even if he wasn't being entirely serious, she was perfectly willing to pretend he was and treat it as such... And if he did turn serious? Well it was his beach trip! She wanted to do what he wanted most of all.

"M...mn..." She was starting to do this on purpose now wasn't she? He'd meant his response as something...that didn't call for further talk on such a subject.

The waves were relaxing when it came to how they sounded, yes... Still, though...

Napping wouldn't be a good idea... He'd never want to wake up if he was actually talked into attempting a nap.

"Hibiki looks cute when he naps, so I don't mind if you want to. Um that's not exactly true... Not mind is too mild for it! I'd be happy if that's what you wanted. But if you wanted other things I'd be just as happy too." Miyako blinked and shifted her head to the side so she could turn it a bit to attempt to see him. It was nice to have him holding her like this, but she did want to see his face for a moment...

She was smiling strongly though as she gave a soft nod. "As long as I get to spend time with you, whatever you want is what will make me the happiest."

"Mn..." Then it was at a standstill...? He was fine doing whatever she wanted to do, considering it was her birthday trip and all, yet she was fine with whatever he wanted to do...

Then what were they gonna do...?

"What do you wanna do that's not whatever I want to do...?" He questioned, looking down at her as she turned slightly to see him. "I'm fine with whatever you want to do..."

As he'd thought before, it was her birthday week...

"But... I don't know what you want to do? So I don't know what you don't want to do that I might want to do?" Miyako's eyes swirled lightly as Hibiki looked at her, what he wanted to do was what she wanted to do but she wanted to do what he wanted to do and then he wanted to know what she would want to do that he didn't want to do which she couldn't know...

...

Too confusing...

"I um really didn't have super plans for this... Just showing you the ocean up close and in person was...literally the extent of it. There's um swimming? But also looking for sea animals...and eating snacks..." Eating beach food and snacks was always a good time... Though not many stands were open really. "And building sand castles? And napping of course too. Collecting seashells is fun too..."

Aito waited, and listened as Miyako explained the extent of what this beach trip had entailed; it was mostly overall a relaxing trip, which was perfectly fine by him... Already enough excitement for the day if you asked him...

Well, bad excitement.

"Mn...Which of those things do you find more fun...?" They could narrow it down or set it in an order at least. Swimming, animal searching, eating, sandcastles, napping, and seashells...

He wasn't necessarily sure he'd be any good at anything other than napping or swimming...and he guessed eating too, but from what he could already tell was that it wasn't about being good...

"Eating snacks! But that should be obvious by now." Miyako giggled and nudged her head back a bit as she stared up at him slightly upside down. "But I like them all a lot... Its hard to say, but swimming I guess. Sandcastles mean sand all over you and its itchy, and seashells also means sand and kneeling...So does animals."

Swimming and eating snacks and maybe finding a souvenir for him to take back too? She'd be fine just with that...

He should have seen that answer coming...

"Swimming and snacks first then..." He'd rather not be itchy from sand right now... "Eat before or after swimming?"

He wasn't sure what the stalls all had, but the time was something to think about. They'd had donuts and tea for breakfast so more might be good soon?

Getting food before meant they'd be dry to eat, after well...they'd likely be a bit soaked.

"Mm, eating before can be annoying? You get all full and stuff and it makes it harder to swim since you want to just rest. Could eat, rest then swim... Or swim rest eat..." Miyako laughed softly and shook her head, unsure of what to do. "Hm, if we eat after, it'd also help us dry off before heading back! W-Well we could just rest and go swimming again but I didn't think staying here long would be fun for you. Food before though means dry while eating too though."

Well if he had any objections to either plan, she'd listen before deciding on the course of action. Hibiki wasn't sure and liked to do what she wanted, so she would definitely decide once she had his input!

"Ah...was mostly thinking about eating dry or eating soaked so..." If his arms weren't around her, his hand would have moved to his hair out of habit. "I'm fine with either option."

Miyako had her points from what she'd explained, so he was fine with going about it however she wanted. If she thought it would be best to let them dry off while they ate then that'd be fine...

If they walked back soaked well that wouldn't be the most comfortable... Damp or dry was acceptable at least...so he was seeing the benefits of eating after...

"We should swim first then! I'd definitely prefer to dry off a bit before going back, heat rash is annoying. A-And then you'd...not feel good and we wouldn't be able...to..." Miyako turned her head back to facing the ocean, face all red and heated from her admittance. Hibiki or her with heat rash would keep her from doing that...again...

Swimming...resting...eating... and then walking home with him? It sounded like a fun time~

Huh? ... A-Ah...

"Ah..." A heat rash would be bad, definitely. They shouldn't have to worry about those so then swimming would be first then. They'd feel like shit if they ended up with one. "We'll swim first then..."

The water would be a lot cooler in comparison to the heat of the sun right now... It should feel pretty good...

"..." Miyako realized that...if they did get heat rash... or anything... things would be fine. She had been about to warn him about being careful but just... he would be careful and if he got hurt at all she could fix it.

Sheepish laughter sounded from her as she hung her head for a moment at the shame she felt for forgetting. It was quickly followed by her patting his arm, her smile back after only a few seconds. "Okay! We can get up and swim now then. The cool water will wake your sleepy head up~"

"Mn..." Aito gave a nod, his hold loosening before his arms left her completely so he could stand. They'd been sitting long enough, and he was cooled down now temper-wise. They'd head out to swim then, and he'd be cautious to not end up getting hurt so...

...Miyako's abilities had...not come to mind, but...he'd rather not take the risk in the first place. Using powers meant using energy...

As Hibiki let go and moved to stand, Miyako's eyes were trained on the part of him she hadn't been paying much attention to before. She grinned with a little hint of a blush as she pushed herself up, reaching for the bottom of her shirt to tug it over her head. "'Biki has nice legs too! I never...really noticed before. Huh..."

She was blushing slightly, but being really honest... Her mind drifted off of that flustering topic almost immediately though, in a form of self preservation...

There's have to be a few sketches she did of this date at least. She really was getting the urge to paint the beach and with Hibiki there it was making that urge stronger.

"..." Aito blinked at Miyako's words, and in reaction his eyes glanced down to his own legs. "That so..."

He never really paid attention to them, considering he kept them covered up nearly all the time. Oh well, he knew he was attractive so..he guessed his legs were something Miyako liked.

Pulling his thoughts from the not-conversation about his legs, he went about pulling the shirt off; if he were going swimming then there was no need for it.

With Hibiki seemingly somewhat confused or something by her words, Miyako got her skirt and her shirt off, setting them carefully on the towel so they wouldn't get sandy. She then straightened her bathing suit, making sure it was settled correctly before grinning and rushing off towards the ocean. A happy exclamation sounded as she did. "Yay!"

Running on sand was fun and she giggled as she splashed into the waves, a happy shriek coming out as the cold water met her warm skin. Goosebumps! Aah but it felt nice.

Setting his shirt down near Miyako's clothing, he watched as she ran off towards the water and followed behind shortly after. He didn't make a run for it like she had, but stepped back a step when the cold waves hit him.

It'd felt good though, so he stepped into the water as Miyako splashed around.

The cold water definitely felt good in comparison to the heat... It wasn't too hot out, but still...

Miyako dunked under with more happy giggles, just pleased and in her element...much like... a little otter... 

She came up dripped wet and stepped out further, before diving under the waves and beginning to play around. Her happy laughs and giggles never stopped as she splashed and played, seemingly to have forgotten about her boyfriend for the moment.

Once he was in deep enough to actually swim, he dunked under for a few moments before resurfacing. As usual, he shook his hair out after coming up from the water, his eyes noticing Miyako swimming around as if she were a born swimmer.

Rather than just swim around at random, for now he was more attuned to floating around and relaxing a bit in the water, floating and swimming a bit backwards on his back.

Miyako was splashing around in the waist deep water when her foot hit something, causing her to halt for a moment in her frolicking. It felt like a stone... She blinked and dove under, reaching down to get the rock and bring it back up. When she did, she realized it was a perfectly smooth, almost egg shaped stone with all sorts of striations of color in it. Having no idea what kind of stone, she stared in awe as her sparkles started to float around her.

She turned in the water, seeing Hibiki floating on his back nearby and she moved close to him while holding the large pebble out. She set it on his belly once she was close enough, the biggest happiest little otter grin on her face. "Loook look! I found a cool pebble! Look 'Biki!"

Feeling something placed on his stomach, Aito's eyes opened after having closed for a moment to see...a rock? He glanced over to Miyako as she began explaining, sounding...really happy and even...sparkling about this rock...pebble...that'd she'd found.

Really, he could only thing one sole thing...

...Human otter...

"A-Ah...g'job..." What was complimenting?

Miyako's head tilted to the side in almost confusion, her smile staying in place for a moment as she processed the compliment. He had...complimented her...? Not the...looks of the pebble...

Good job...

Good... job...

"Hehe, thank you!" Her smile brightened some, just a bit, as she decided to search for more. He praised her! He did! Hibiki was so nice... She dove back under the water, this time scouring the bottom for more pebbles she could get while Hibiki kept watch over the one she had found first.

As Miyako dove back under, giving him little time to reply, Aito's eyes had widened slightly before his expression became composed again. He remained on his back, just letting the pebble she'd brought up sit there as he continued to float.

Was she...getting more?

Miyako had brightened considerably at his...words before thanking him...

Miyako popped up a few feet away from Hibiki after a bit, another rock in her grasp. This one was also really smooth and she held it up to the sun as if trying to see its true nature, one eye closed. It was almost speckled with little crystals! Aaah so pretty... She swam over to Hibiki after a few minutes had passed, holding this one out for praises too.

"This one sparkles, see? See?" It was set alongside its companion, Miyako practically glowing and vibrating with excitement.
