| Alison tapped her foot somewhat relentlessly on the floor. Why had she gotten here early? It was SO boring... This was boring. It was going to be one of those sort of Eyes on Local Spiritually Aware things for the human world... the stuff she only did when she didn't have anyone important to interview. Still he seemed nice over the phone. She was also fairly sure from digging into things that he knew that Aito guy.
She thanked the waiter for a refill of water and sipped at it, organizing her notes while waiting for him to show up. She had the usual questions to ask him and if the interview was running boring she could just dig into his personal life. Yeah. That would be whatever.

| Iyuki found the cafe rather easily, it was well within his usual sphere of the city and thus was no trouble to meet the woman here. It had taken a bit of explaining to get Muika to not tail him, though Otouto's words had helped soothe the woman even if she wouldn't admit it.
Opening the door, it was rather hot out so he appreciated the cooler atmosphere inside, the purple haired man glanced around the room before his bright eyes lit on the woman he assumed was who he was here to meet. Iyuki quickly made his way to the table before bowing rather low and formally with his arm across his waist. "Miss Lauregarde? I am Iyuki Osamoto. You wished an interview?"
There was still a twinge of confusion in his voice as he raised himself back up, wondering why he, of everyone around him, was chosen.

| Alison look up and noticed the purple haired young man walk in and watched him head in. Well. Maybe after she interviewed this Iyuki guy she could see what THIS guy was all abawwwwww DAMN IT. HE WAS IYUKI.
"H-hello Mr. Osamoto, how are you?" She quickly fixed her hair, standing up and reaching out to shake his hand, a genuinely happy smile on her face now. "Yes, well I'm doing articles on local spotlights every now and then and the spotlight is on you today, Mr. Osamoto. May I call you Iyuki?" She sat down, gesturing for him to do the same.

| "I am well, thank you. Yourself?" Iyuki took the offered hand with a soft smile, shaking it before letting it fall back to his side. She seemed much more pleased than before, was he really such a local that would be hard to talk to? "I hope I did not keep you waiting. A-Ah I see, I did not know I was a local already."
As she gestured for him to take a seat, he nodded and moved to do so before responding fully at least. He was still rather confused but he smiled as his hand went up to scratch his cheek lightly. "You may call me Iyuki, Miss Lauregarde. I did not know there were spiritual magazine and newspapers, it seems I still have a bit to learn. Is there anything in particular I can help you with then?"
Iyuki gave small signs of nervousness such as scratching his cheek and looking away, though they were not strong and mostly due to the fact that he was getting an interview. He hadn't felt he was anyone worth interviewing... "If not I could ask Muika or Otouto, they are much more interesting I am sure if you needed another interviewee."

| She giggled slightly, giving another pleasant grin. "Okay, Iyuki. .. You can call me Alison if you like." She was trying not to get too excited but c'mon... he was SO pretty. Then again the last one had been pretty too and that had gone awfully...
"Yes, circulation in the human world, where it has to be kept secret, has been something of a problem. Distribution in Soul Society and Hueco Mundo has been much easier so far." She was personally displeased with the numbers in the human world. Secrecy made actual sales doubly hard to secure.
When he offered to get someone else her hand quickly shot out, landing atop his momentarily. "Oh no no that won't be necessary. This isn't about important figures or anything. It's just about cross sections of the local culture. The spiritual community is so isolated, things like this really help let others know they aren't alone and that there are plenty of normal members of their community with spiritual powers." She grinned, feeling she had eloquated her point well.

| Iyuki's eyes widened and he gave a sheepish laugh, they had only just met but she wished him to call her Alison? "I am not sure I can... I apologize Miss Lauregarde."
Formality made it easier for him to speak to others, it was his shield and though he couldn't explain such right away... He hoped at least she wasn't offended. His hand scratched his cheek once more as his eyes darted away for a moment before returning to her. "That does make some sense at least. I would like to, once this is over if that is acceptable, please see such? It would be rather nice to have a subscription if possible, unless distribution to my home would be too hard."
"Oh! That does make sense then, a normal spiritual human... Is there anything I should know before hand then? I have to say I am not used to being asked things." He wasn't the brother used to getting interviews at all and his hand twitched just a bit as Miss Lauregarde's touched his. Iyuki slowly moved his hand back, but smiled even so to take the sting from his action. "It is rather isolated, I know of few others like myself comparatively. If this can help I will be more than happy to supply you with answers."

| Alison subtly crossed her arms. "That'll be fine." She said, ever so slightly put off but the slight rebuttal. Well, if he wanted to be all cold and informal, that was his prerogative. He wasn't THAT pretty after all. Just... very VERY. Hmph. Okay, at least be friendly for the interview, Alison. She felt the hmph'ness leave her and she gave a good natured grin.
"Absolutely, I can get you a free copy of this issue, as well as a discounted subscription if you like." She offered helpfully. "And yeah, just a few questions about your powers, your experiences, how being spiritually aware has affected your life, maybe some personal questions." She threw that last bit in at the end, as if it were sneaky.
"You know, to help people at home connect and realize you're like them." She said, explaining it just in case he noticed the last bit and questioned it.

| "Thank you. I appreciate it." Iyuki's relief was real and he gave a soft sigh, a stronger smile than before appearing. It was no issue then! He relaxed perceptibly and his hand fell from his cheek as Alison grinned and replied.
"Ah, that would be very welcome." Of course a reporter such as herself would liek to have more people reading, but his interest wasn't dulled in the least by that thought. He wanted to have access to more knowledge and she was interviewing him for some reason... The purple haired man's eyes met her for a moment and he nodded before continuing. "I-If you feel that it would do so...by all means then ask away. If it allows them to connect that is, you would know much better than I do."
His shy smile returned as the waiter stopped by, allowing her freedom to ask as she wished once the waiter left with his order of just a water for now. Iyuki was not used to such focus on him or wishing to know such things, so he was a bit unsure of what was proper or not and his wording was a bit formal and stilted.

| She nodded. "Yes, you'll be a great help. No need to be so nervous." She assured him. She did not bite, after all. She'd LIKE to, though... He was so shy and sweet. Ugh... Death. This was death... Oh well, just move on. Maybe he would open up during the interview?
"Feel free to order something. The company pays for meals with interviewees after all, so it's no trouble. " This wasn't true, but with how modest he was, she was sure he would turn it down if she offered to buy him food. "Before I start, are there any areas you'd prefer me to avoid questioning on?" She asked, as a general stock question. It also gave her clues on where to nose in on carefully.

| "I apologize, I am...unused to attention so I get rather nervous. I will try my utmost not to be so." Iyuki nodded, knowing he was nervous and it was making his speech patterns awkward but unable to help it. Normally he could be unaware of such things, but it seemed today he was paying more attention to his words. He...was a formal speaking dolt...
His eyes widened as she offered him food and he smiled softly, accepting the offer since her company paid for it. "Ah, that would be nice. Thank you."
When the waiter returned he would definitely order a small appetizer, it might calm him to have something distracting and as she asked about problems Iyuki shook his head after a thoughtful moment. "I do not think so. I do not have many secrets, mostly my powers and my ability to see ghosts but that is why you are here so... I suppose you can ask whatever you wish or feel would be helpful."

| Alison smiled and ordered something herself (an order of hot wings, in fact) , grinning at how... how formal he was... he was ... he was like some sort of butler from a movie. Her attraction to him waned (somewhat), replaced in part by her amusement at how he fit the archetype. Hrm... So he was something of an open book, huh? Iiiinterestiiing... Was he vulnerable to... silly questions? NO. NO ALISON BE GOOD.
"Utmost? Suppose? If I had a first question, I think it would be where you developed such a formal dialect? It isn't entirely uncommon in this area, but it is an immediate point of interest." She didn't want to make fun of him, but if it turned out he was a super rich kid... she'd need to spin the interview differently.

| "A-Ah. I developed it with my siblings... Or well I learned how to speak like this due to um... I rather admired butlers and such. And it is good to know formal speech when you deal with hidebound elders, they react better." Now that was a question he had hoped to somewhat avoid but it was obviously too easy to. Old ladies were his specialty when he was younger, his siblings and family tossing him to the wind... "It is habit to revert strongly to this manner of speech when I am unsure or nervous. Mostly due to that, the uh being tossed to older women as a distraction."
Iyuki was glad he had ordered a small snack, it would help his nerves quite a bit now. Should he give more detail? It was an interview... "Should I be more detail, Miss Lauregarde?"

| Alison nodded, scribbling notes here and there, paying close attention to him as he spoke. Granted, most of her notes were things along the line of "Totes cute" or "Dreamy eyes." But she was still taking notes. Her scribbling slowed to a halt as her gaze slowly turned up towards him. Wait... Formal speech for old people. Tossed to older women as a distraction.... She gave him the most quizzical look she could muster.
Was his family pimping him out to old ladies?
"Yes, that would be lovely." She said with a smile. Internally, it was more along the lines of WHAT?! YES, MORE DETAIL. ALLLL THE DETAILS!

| "Ah, well my family is...influential." Rich. Code for rich. Iyuki looked a bit embarrassed by the declaration, almost as if it was some sort of odd disease. His hand went to his cheek and he scratched it lightly while looking at the wall for a few moments. "As the youngest I was the one used as a distraction by anyone wishing to... escape an unwanted talk. I was too young to discuss important things and thus was mostly cooed at. My speech patterns adjusted to theirs and I learned how to be as... as gallant as possible to continue to distract others."
He did not like being used as such at all. But well such was his life at that time... "Butlers are amazing though. I am lucky to have found a job recently where I may put such skills as cooking and serving others to use. I suppose those days helped me live comfortably now, working at a Maid and Butler Cafe."
She had asked for details so he would provide them and he smiled softly as he looked back at her. She was really nice, even if he was sure he was boring this poor reporter. What really was of interest in him?

| Alison scribbled away on her notepad. His family was rich and he was embarrassed.. She kept scribbling but slowed to a crawl as his story continued. Oh. Ohhh. Like in conversations... for cheek pinching and what not. Well that was... less interesting. Still, it didn't diminish his charm. "You certainly did." She affirmed to his comment about gallantry.
She paused again. A... A Maid and Butler Cafe? Weren't those places basically living fanservice while you eat? "Do they pay you well though? You mentioned your family was rich. Usually people with rich families hardly need to work." Had he had some falling out with hi family?

| This interview was going rather well he felt but Iyuki did have to ponder why all these personal personal questions. It was not as if he minded, but what would make it into the article? He did grace her with a small grin once again as she confirmed his words. At least he was good at that.
"It pays fairly well, especially with tips I have found. My mannerisms are well suited there, as well as that of my cousin's and thus we get quite a bit of attention. I did try to be a private eye of sorts, a finder of people and lost items but it was not worth the work or the dangerous jobs..." Iyuki flushed lightly as he went on to explain, not ashamed about his work in the fanservice industry but more shamed at his lack of usefulness... "As for my family... I really try not to let them do so much for me. I do not have the skills of my siblings, so I prefer to make my my own way without burdening them."
That was the easiest way to explain it. He wasn't really suited to the family business really and that was a source of shame.

| Ahh! That grin! It was too much to bear! She'd need to get pictures for her article. The world needed to know how pretty he was!
"Yes, I must imagine you make a great deal in tips." She said, quite matter of fact-ly. "Oh? You work there with your cousin?" Interesting... An.. ODD place to work with family, but she bet some customers must love that.
"And a private eye? You must really have some skills, Iyuki. Call a girl impressed." She said, with just a bit of a blush.

| "The people who frequent those establishments tend to have a bit bit money to spend it seems." Or that they think paying more in tips would gather the person working's attention... Iyuki felt that thought was uncharitable and so he sighed at himself before perking back up. The mention of Otouto was a good distraction from his thoughts and he kept up his small grin due to that. "He needed a job and the cafe was looking for an extra butler. Otouto is a...well he is a stoic and somewhat grumpy individual. His manner of speaking and acting normally draws in others who wish for an... An Ikemen. A grumpy one."
He sighed at such use of words, but it was an apt description. An older, handsome man generally with a good voice. Also who was grumpy. Using the word Tsundere would set off bells though...
Alison's interest and compliments caused a slight blush to reappear on his cheeks and Iyuki was forced to nod. "A-Ah, thank you Miss Laureguarde. My powers are not flashy or meant for fighting, they are suited for finding actually. I would use them, however I was never very good at any of the other work... Sneaking or skulking around is much harder than it seems. I also lack any such instincts for gathering information..."
She had wished for details before, Iyuki hoped he was not rambling too much. However he hadn't wanted to give her the wrong idea! He was rather miserable as a private eye in all honesty. Only his powers had made him useful.

| She scribbled something on her note pad about bringing plenty of money. "Stoic and grump, hm? A handsome grumpy man.." Who was his cousin. "You don't know his name off hand by the way, do you?" She had met a stoic grumpy man recently... But that would be absurd. Pretty wasn't just genetic like that, was it?
Hrm. He didn't sound too impressed about his own powers, but they were rather intriguing to her. "Well, that's all right, Iyuki. It's better to have substance than to be so flashy or to be a brute. And how exactly, DO your powers work?" She knew he was a fullbringer and how that worked, but she wanted to know his specific fullbring, especially if it had uses outside of combat.

| Iyuki noted that Alison was taking quite a few notes and wondered at what was so interesting really... However she knew best so he was leaving it in her hands as the waiter returned with their food. He nodded his thanks and then looked up at Alison in a bit of surprise.
"Ah, you would know him as Aito Yoshioka. When I told him about this interview he mentioned he had met you once and you were not a danger at all. You asked him things about his...past." His head tilting just a bit, he wondered if she hadn't really known... It was possible though.
It was none of his concern though and he took a brief sip, another smile appearing. "Thank you. When I activate them, my glasses allow me to see... I suppose life energy is the best description. Well that is really simplified, but I see it as colors. They are not colors anyone else can see as far as I can tell but they are similar... It allows me to find connections between say someone and an adored item, or a pet or family member. If you would like to see?"
That was one of his mastered aspects really and it would be fine to show her, Iyuki's hand reaching into his pocket to pull the glasses out just in case.

| Alison's scribbling stopped suddenly as she made a small awkward "Aulk!" noise as she choked on nothing. "A-Aito Y-Yoshioka?" She stuttered, trying and failing to regain her composure. Crap. Craaaaap, of course this beautiful man was that guy's cousin. Oh god, what if Aito had already mentioned her. Oh god, that would be so embarrassing. She'd acted like such a moroooon....
"I-I actually met him once, funnily enough. S-SO MOVING ON" she said with a shaky, nervous laugh.
"Uhh.. Y-Yes, I would love to see your power in action, actually!" She said quickly, willing to say anything to not discuss the horrible Aito incident further. And to be reminded less of her awkward fumbling passes at him.

| "He informed me of a sorts when I brought your name up. Otouto said you were quite safe and not to be worried it was a trap of some sort." Iyuki had been a bit worried it had been some sort of weird trap, but with Otouto's okay he had accepted. Alison's composure seemed shot though and being polite, he coughed into his fist and nodded as he looked away to give her time to recover.
She gave the okay though so he slipped his glasses on and activated the power. The lens of the glasses glazed over in blue while a few dark blue lines fanned out from his eyes, glowing as the color seemed to rise up from underneath his skin.
For her there would be no change for a moment, for him he was shifting focuses and layers of energy until it was merely theirs. The colors that didn't exist for others shimmered lightly in view, Alison's... Odd, very odd but he put aside for later.
Instead he blinked and shifted his control so she could now see the not-colors. Energy, wisps of energy that he knew instinctively what they were could be seen but not understood by her. All different meldings and mixes of them, it was the pure colors that signified humans. There were a few oddly pure wisps that came from Alison and showed where she had been, her four melded wisp just too strong for some reason. His own three not-colors also shined in the room, very obviously different from the others just like Alison's was.
All of this was visibly overlaid upon the regular world, the wisps and almost fog or smoke like energy just floating around. "This is partially when I see when I activate. Mine is the lighter one, yours is the one with the odd blackness that sucks in things. It is odd though, yours is impossibly weird though I have not met enough Shinigami to be able to tell entirely I think. Fullbringers have like mine, Shinigami like yours. I can also tell many others apart or find connections using these impossible colors. Ah, I rambled once more. My apologies."

| There was only so much recovery Alison could perform in the presence of this handsome butler, even with the gracious time he gave her to do so. She cleared her throat and smoothed out her cardigan, determined to regain her composure, at least for the interview's sake.
She watched intently as he pulled on his glasses. She tipped her head, trying to interpret what he was doing. She suddenly wished she had Holly's power. What did she need laser swords for, anyway? Oh well, she liked them. She also liked how he looked in glasses. But then things suddenly got... weird.
She gave a small startled gasp at the way everything seemed to change, gripping the table but reminding herself that they were in public, still.... probably. She listened intently, calming down the more he explained. At first, anyway.
But... The more he explained, the more truly scared she became. Not startled or bashful fear. Real fear. What... What the hell? He could.. his power.... Her hands were shaking under the table. She had never... EVER seen anything able to discern her apart from a regular Plus spirit. Th-Those glasses... Her hand reached out, intending to snatch them from his face.
"Th-th-that's enough of the glasses, thank you!" She said suddenly.

| Iyuki felt that maybe he had not explained enough before showing his power and frowned just a tiny bit. Alison's startlement was much larger than anticipated though she calmed only for a few moments before reacting much stronger than before.
"H-Huh!?" His head flew back hard enough to cause pain as he dove out of the way of Alison's hand. Reaching for him in such a manner had reflexes kicking in, obviously a panicked reaction as his soul pulling kicked in on her clothing. He pulled away from him, keeping her from moving any closer as his body had partially slid down the seat.
"I-If you wished them off... All that was required was... was asking Miss Lauregarde.." Iyuki took a deep breath and his abilities faded from view, the lens of the glasses clearing back up as he reached up to remove them. His blue eyes visible once again, they were a twinge worried and haunted as he stared at Alison. "Is there anything else you require of me? I can answer more questions if that is your wish."

| Alison stared at him, utterly concerned for what he'd seen. She... This wasn't about flirting, or her posterity, this... she had a duty to the rest of the family to protect them.. Her brow was furrowed but her eyes were wide, until he finally made the visions go away. It was only then she noticed she'd been hauled back a bit by her clothes... A-Ah... a fullbringer trick.... she didn't mean... for him to think she was attacking him, it had just... been a rash motion...
She gathered up her clipboard and her pens, clutching them to her as she quickly tried to pack up her things, pulling out money to put on the table, her face sinking into a frown and turning redder by the moment. "N-No... Um.. I'm sorry... I'm so sorry." She said, standing up and looking at him. "Th-That was completely inappropriate and I'm.. I'm sorry..." She gave him a little bow and promptly ran away.
... for a moment. Then she sprinted back, already short of breath. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry. You're just..." She laughed snorted and promptly moved some hair out of her face. "You're beautiful. Like... really... I just.. I want your babies... Oh god... Oh gawwwd why would I say thaat." She clutched her head. "I'm sorry! BYE!" She then sprinted as far as she possibly could.
