Rin accepted her offer of the food, taking a bite from the offered stick as they walked. The stalls she mentioned going to along with her wish to especially the hair ornament and cloth ones his smile softened; she was blushing after having admitted that, it was cute.

"I think either a new scarf or sash would be nice, I'm sure we'll be able to find some nice ones."

"Thats good! But shiro-usa, you don't wear anything but this normally." Aoi patted Rin's scarf around her neck softly. She tilted her head slightly to the side, finishing up the sticks she had before speaking again. "Could you wear two scarves?"

She was pleased they were both distracted by things so simple as this now. Maybe later she could...talk to him more. But right now she wanted happy to at least ease what she had told him. What had been brought up. Grinning, she stole the box from his arms. "Your turn to eat! The cloth stall should be around here somewhere...theres a nice fabric Masaru recommended to me a while ago! He said it was really soft."

"Ah, well...no I can't." Rin replied as Aoi took the box from him before he gave a nod and took a stick to eat from from it before he continued. "You mentioned...wanting one? A scarf or sash, so..."

He couldn't wear two scarves, that was for sure...he'd look awfully silly if he attempted it. He'd stick with his, not like he could change it even if he wanted to anyway considering his scarf was his power source. "It would be nice to have your help too. You are good with fashion yes, so colors! And stuff. I mean they'll be old fashioned but I'd like some nicer ones that look fancy. Mm for no reason at all." Looking away, Aoi tried not to whistle innocently.

"Mhmm, I can help with that." Rin smiled, though he couldn't help but be amused and also slightly curious as Aoi looked away after saying that. "No reason at all? Mm...?"

She wanted fancier looking scarves? He could certainly manage to help her find some but he couldn't help but be amused at how she tried to brush it off.

Her voice was too high and she wouldn't meet Rin's eyes. "Mm? True, there doesn't always need to be a reason." Rin smirked, "but I feel if it were just for wanting to have you'd at least be able to look me in the eye." He'd switched to a small pout of sorts, his amusement giving him enough to channel a hint of his attitude he took on when drunk.

"I-I can look you in the eye!" Aoi frowned and turned her head to look up at the taller man, her slightly blushing face turning beat red immediately as she saw the pouting look he seemed to have on... Too...cute and...too evil... Her brain wanted her to reach up and kiss him or something.

She looked back down almost instantly before glancing up again shyly a few times. "Its something silly. Not important! Just stupid stuff."

He kept himself from laughing slightly at her response, biting his tongue to do so as she managed to turn her head to him, her face reddening immediately.

"Not important?" He asked, tilting his head. "Why would you think that?"

Glances up at Rin showed a curious head tilt and her face melted more with heat. The box! She couldn't cover her face she had to hold it so he could eat! Aoi laughed fakely, trying to blow off such a question with nonchalance. "O-Oh because its really not that important at all. Yep, just small thing. Of no importance or anything. It just is."

"Mmm...?" She couldn't hide her face, so he was getting to see her face burn bright as she continued brush the subject off. It was cute, cute and amusing. "So it doesn't have any importance, any at all...? Hmm..."

In a low, muttered tone she finally admitted. "...For you. Your clothes. I wanted...I have a dress. It matches your clothes and I wanted...a nice scarf for winter to match it too..."

It was Rin's turn to blush when Aoi finally admitted what she'd been trying to hide. She had...clothes that matched his and she wanted a scarf to...to match it. It was taking a lot to not cover the lower half of his face with his hand to hide his blush.

"Y-You do?" He asked, glancing at her before glancing ahead of them again.

Aoi's eyes glanced as they walked at the road, but most of her focus was on Rin right now. His blush matched her own as she spoke. "I do. I thought it'd be nice to..have something that matched. A-and then you wouldn't feel so bad...when you put our scarf on me. Cause it would look nice too."

Feel bad? He hadn't felt bad putting his scarf on her, because it made him happy to see her wearing it...he didn't mind her outfits but...the fact that she'd thought about this left him with a mixture of surprise and almost awed happiness. If it were possible there might even be a sparkle or two floating around him thanks to the cute mental image, even if he didn't know what her dress looked like.

"I'm sure it will look nice, very nice."

Aoi was a bit confused as to Rin's reaction. It...wasn't that nice was it? She had wanted to try it to make him happy and it seemed to be working well above expectations. Laughing slightly, a smile broke over her features as she banished the confusion. His reaction was utterly adorable and worth it!

"Thank you! Hehe. I'll show you when we head back!" Aoi was cut off from saying more when they reached the rather large stall that led into a shop in back. It seemed that the shop, during market times, but some of the wares outside to entice people to come inside. The person manning the stall seemed to think they were dressed finely enough and didn't say anything as Aoi led Rin right into the shop. "The nicer stuffs inside!"

"A-Alright." Rin nodded as Aoi led them to the shop that sold clothing an an other such articles.

She'd mentioned the nicer stuff was kept inside for selling rather than outside and as they entered the building it was obvious the things inside were, in fact, nicer just as Aoi had said.

"What's wrong?" Aoi asked as she tossed the empty box into a bag nearby before fully heading inside. Her eyes were curious as she glanced at Rin, before scanning the shop. She moved to the scarfs almost immediately, they were silky looking and she almost reached for one but held back. It was Rukon, she wasn't...used to this.

To not being someone who didn't do these things here. She frowned and looked at the colors. "Hm... I don't know what would look nice."

"Wrong? Nothing, nothing at all. I was just...still..aha..." Still feeling happy at the thought of the clothes thing; instead of saying that though, being a bit embarrassed to say so, he smiled happily before Aoi turned to scan the shop.

He followed her to the scarves, watching as she began showing signs of having problems. "Mm, well...perhaps white? It can go well with things, it can give a sense of elegance...cons would be you'd need to be careful...it'd be bad to get it stained..."

"Oh, it really does make you that happy?" Aoi giggled at Rin's very happy smile, wondering why that of all things had made him this utterly grinning man so pleased. He was just...that smile in public was so odd to see. Normally he only smiled like that when they were alone.

She blushed a bit before nodding at his words, looking at the colored long scarves. There wasn't as big of a selection of these rather expensive ones, only a few colors. Black, dark blue, yellow, white, and a few more. "Hm... I'm not good at keeping things clean or elegant... Would black work too? Err, or would that not match? Maybe a dark blue... Maybe get two of them..."

"Black works with a lot of things, but dark blue I think would work well too." Rin replied, a hand going to his chin as he thought. "I think either choice would work, if you get both you can experiment with different outfits."

"Well...if I get the white one I can wear it for special things... And black or dark blue as the other one?" Aoi's eyes were bright as she asked Rin for advice, staring up at him rather adoringly. He looked so smart like that! He really was a scarf master. "I might...have enough for all three but then I might not be able to get a sash."

"True...Hmm..." Rin thought, she wanted a sash so...his currency probably wouldn't work here either, at least he figured, so he couldn't really be of much help unless it did. "Perhaps white and dark blue then? Then you can get the sash...If my currency worked here I'd gladly help but I don't really...know if it does...?"

"You don't have any of it on you, silly shiro-usa." She had to laugh lightly, pleased for once to be the one with all the money. She couldn't blow it though, since she didn't have access to the rest right now... However. "I can come back and get the sash. Three scarves are enough!"

Picking out the three, she handled them carefully and took them to the front. The person there smiled politely, not sure what to make of the two standing there but noticing the quality of clothing and the general air about the man. He seemed especially rich while the woman could have been a mistress or something.

As Aoi pulled out her small wallet, she counted out a few large denominations of her coins as the man told her the prices. Wrapped up and put into a package, she smiled with eyes closed as she held the scarves to herself. "I have...something nice to wear. More nice things. Thank you shiro-usa for your help."
