Hollows, Hollows, Hollows

She looked over at Riye with another fit, at least deescalating from outright laughing to giggling. She collapsed against the opposite wall, sliding down to a kneeling position. "G-good." She said between giggles. "I'm.. I'm sorry.. I promise I'm giggling at how silly I sounded." She said, wiping away a tear before looking up at Riye with a smile.

"But um... But I'm glad I could still get you to react." She said, her smile becoming a little bit of a smirk. "I'm starting to think you respond well to playful forcefulness." She teased.

"I-It's fine." Riye replied, standing as Fay slid down into a kneeling position on the opposite wall. Her face was still red, and with Fay's final words she felt it'd stay that way. "W-Wha...ahaaha...aaah..."

She averted her eyes, not knowing what...to really say...she just blushed easily...she guessed.

Fay looked up at Riye with a smile. She was speechless! Maybe she was just that bashful? Maybe Fay was right on the money... Either way... Her smile remained as her face slowly started to blush. She suddenly stood up straight, face quickly turning red and turned to face away from Riye, suddenly coughing and clearing her throat. "O-oh. S-sorry. I think... I think I left something... in the room? Yes. In my.. pocket, yeah. Definitely need.. the thing. The thing in... there." She gestured to the spare room and, doing her best not to face Riye, headed inside.

She quickly shut the door and rested against it, not wanting to make a noise before she started warding off the hyperventilating. Why...would her chest... not stop... thumping... DAMMIT...

"O-...Okay." Riye said with a small nod as Fay rushed back into the room, claiming she'd forgotten something. Her expression was curious, her eyes slightly wider than before before she shook the thought.

She brought her hands up to give her cheeks a light pat in hopes to urge the heat in her face that was still there to leave faster.

Fay's face continued to flush, her heart racing even once she was safely away from Riye. She tried taking a few slow deep breaths but it didn't do much of anything. Crap... maybe she should just... run away... but then what if a hollow DID actually show up looking for her... no... she couldn't leave Riye alone... That was insane.. and silly. She bit her lip in the quiet, fighting down a groan. She couldn't just.. go to bed in here, could she? That seemed.. rude.. and silly.

All of her options were silly because this was silly. She would just go out there like an adult and just... deal with this. Yes. Just be a responsible adult about it. She took a few more deep breaths before turning and opening the door, she stepped through it and then leaned against the door immediately wanting back through.

"Um..." She held one arm with the other, face red and looking away from Riye. She really had no idea what even to say... She couldn't sit here silently. "Y...You look really... really nice in those." She said quietly, saying what was on her mind in the most rated G, platonic way possible.

Riye waiting, and as the moments passed she began to become a bit concerned. Was Fay alright? Should she...knock and check? Ask how she's doing?

Before she could do any of those things though, the woman in question came out of the room; her face was red, blushing furiously as she tried to push herself to speak.

When she finally did get the words out, Riye felt her face heat up a bit again...and after just getting rid of the blushing mostly as well!

"Aaah...th-thank...thank you." She replied, averting her eyes and giving a small, sheepish smile in response.

She stood still, or as still as she could. Her breathing was small but noticeable. She kept trying not to glance at Riye but inevitably had to. Every time, she'd glance at Riye, then wince ever so slightly and look back down, sometimes frowning a little. This went on for a painful length of time. At least 10 seconds or so, before Fay finally said something.

"I'm... I'm afraid... to come any closer.." She admitted, noticeably wincing as her blush deepened.

She was...afraid to come any closer...?

"Y-You're afraid?" Riye questioned, unable to help but stutter as her fingers moved to tap and fiddle lightly against the fabric of her side as she spoke.

She immediately groaned, wanting to just curl up and die already. She glanced up at Riye and nodded. "I'm... I..." She sighed, reaching up to rub her forehead before crossing her arms. "I... feel... a way about you..?" She said, being as vague as possible, but considering she'd already outright asked Riye to be her girlfriend and how much she was blushing.... "And... I'm afraid that you don't feel that way about me ... or.. or-or... I'm afraid of what it means right now if you DO feel that way.." God help her, she'd never wanted so badly to have something to beat up in her life.

Riye stood by, listening to Fay as she stuttered out her nervous and flustered response. As she spoke, at first she was having a hard time understanding, but it wasn't long before she had an idea...which left her face as red as a fresh apple once again.

"A...Ahh...w-well, w...well, we could...go watch more a-anime or ....or I could show you some...some of my manga....I...th-though...that's not a...a....relationship-y...th-thing...mm...I-I'm your...your girlfriend so...so of course I-I like....like you..."

Her final words came out in a slight squeak, as she was progressively becoming much more embarrassed as she spoke. She hardly even realized half of the stuff she was saying! She...She knew she was being honest about the last part though!

She listened quiet as a church mouse to Riye talk. They could go watch anime or look at manga... They could go watch anime... all cuddled up.. on the couch HAHA NO, MANGA IT WAS. Riye's response, timid though it was, filled Fay with a mishmash of feelings. She managed to smile, snort from embarrassed laughter and turn to hide her face all at once. She brushed her hair aside and glanced back, walking very.. very carefully closer to Riye.

"Um... Le...Let's go look at your m-manga, yeah?" She said with a little nod. She reached her hand out, before pulling it back. "But um.. Even though it's... kind of scary... I'm.. I'm glad you're.. y'know... That you like me... y'yknow.. like..." She shook her head. "I-I can't even finish that sentence. We're... hopeless, I think.." She said, managing a giggle, waiting for Riye to lead her to the manga.

"Y-Yeah, I-I'm happy you like me t-too, and, m...mhmm, 'k-kay." Riye nodded, wishing the burning in her face wasn't so completely obvious; she returned Fay's giggle with a small one of her own that she had managed. "Th-This way."

Saying that, she turned to the door opposite of the one Fay had come out of, though immediately upon opening it, a panicked squeak escaped her as she quickly rushed forward and gathered up all the scattered plush toys from various favorite series, some of which form one of the series she'd shown Fay.

"S-s-sorry! Th-This...it-it's a bit messy." She apologized, turning to face the other woman with her arms full of cute anime plush toys. "Th-The manga is...is on the shelf over there..." She attempted to motion, but in a flustered mistake had easily forgotten she'd been holding the plushies and had nearly dropped them.

Her room likely wasn't as messy as she believed, though considering someone else was seeing it it left her to over think a bit. Her room looked much like the other room, but much more decorated and full of things such as a computer, a desk, shelves for her manga along with a few more figurines.

"Some day when.. when I-I can talk right, I'm going to..pr..pr" She sighed. "to properly explain how silly you are." She said with a little smile. She nervously followed Riye into the room, hopping back with surprise when she squeaked and started scurrying about.

She cautiously entered the room to find Riye holding all manner of plushies in her arms. Some looked distinctly familiar thanks to the education in anime she'd just received.

Seeing Riye struggle, she laughed softly and walked up, her wanting to help Riye momentarily helping to ignore her nerves. She plucked two of them, Mido and Koko, out of Riye's arms. She looked around the room, before turning back to Riye, still holding the plushes.

"I think.. um.. I think your room is amazing.." She said, before delicately placing the plushes on the bed side by side. "There... They belong together."

"Y-Yeah." Riye replied, her face flushing further as Fay spoke about the two characters as she placed them side by side as Riye's own grip around the ones she still held tightened as she gave a sheepish smile.

She was working on a full set...She had six of them so far...along with plushies from other series.

"Th-Thank you...about...room...I forgot I had so much lying around..."

she smiled at the little cuties on the bed before turning back to Riye, still clutching a lot of plushies. She shook her head. "N-no.. It's nice.. um.. my apartment is.. a lot LOT messier." She said with a little giggle.

"It's.. It's cute.. it suits you.. um.. um the plushies are cute too.." She had been a little okay but she was getting more bashful. She glanced at Riye holding those plushies. God, she was just unbearably cute right now.

"S-so.. over here's your manga?" She asked, walking over and glancing over the shelf.

"Than...Thanks." She replied just before Fay mentioned the manga. "Y-Yeah, I need to get another shelf though, so I can fit all of them in here. I didn't have enough room so I put some of them in the spare bedroom until later..."

She moved to put the rest of the plushies on the bed, setting them up before moving over the bookshelf against the wall. "There's...a lot."

She nodded. "Y-yeah.. I can tell. A lot of it looks so cool." She said, her voice embellishing her point. She bent down to look through the shelves. She liked that Riye kept it tidy, even keeping some in another room to keep it organized. "Well.. I'm glad we're dating.." She stood up and turned to face Riye, before thinking better of it in their close quarters and turning back to the shelf. "Um.. It'll.. give me plenty of time to read a lot of these." She nervously moved her hair out of her face with a giggle.

"Thanks." Riye gave a small laugh, "Y-Yeah, you'll have plenty of time."

She looked over all of them, all of them in the spots she'd put them in when she'd organized them. Hopefully Fay would find some she liked, there were definitely plenty to choose from.

She glanced over and nodded. "Y-yeah.." She said with a bashful smile, crouching down to look through them. She spotted a manga she was particularly interested in but had had trouble finding herself. She gave a little gasp and snatched the first volume from the shelf, shooting up to her feet and spinning to face Riye. "Um.. Uh... Can I... Can I borrow this? Like tonight?" She asked, with a hopeful grin, the awkwardness momentarily forgotten.

Riye couldn't help but smile as one of the books caught Fay's interest, and in response she gave a happy nod. "Sure! You can borrow it."

The one she'd grabbed had been really good, or well, she'd enjoyed it anyway; she hoped Fay would as well, and her excitement for it would pay off.

She was so excited! All the awesome things had happened today and now she had new manga to read! "Aww.. Riye... You cook, you're pretty, you're sweet, you like cool stuff AND you let me borrow your manga. Best girlfriend ever!" She said happily, before throwing her arms around Riye in a tight hug, nuzzling her head against the slightly shorter girl.

"I'll read the first one tonight in bed I think. I... don't know if I want to bring any to my apartment. They might get messed up in all of the... mess." She said, still holding the hug.

A small, sheepish giggle escaped her as Fay moved to embrace her in a tight hug. "Aahaa...aa...Thank you, Fay."

Riye nodded, her face having tinted again at Fay's compliment. "Yeah, you can read it here if you want, when you go to bed. That's fine. I hope you like it, I thought it was pretty good."

Fay pulled away from Riye, looking around the room. "Your posters are so cool too." She said with a giggle. The room was just so... Awesome!

"So... It's late... I could go to bed... Or we could go watch some more anime? Though I accept no blame if I fall asleep mid episode." She actually thought... That might be sort of nice.

"Thank you, I really like them too." Riye replied, another small laugh escaping her. "Ah...I don't mind doing either, really! Just, whichever you want!"

Depending on how much they watched, Riye couldn't honestly say she wouldn't end up nodding off, but...maybe it'd be nice? When they'd been watching earlier, it'd been nice.

She nodded, considering her options. She was tired but anime... And she might fall asleep but if she did it would be.... "Um... Yeah! Let's go watch some anime." She said with a confident nod before walking out of the room.

She blushed a little, a tiny bit proud of her self control for having left the room incident free.
