Rooftop Lessons

The hair helped a little, though Riye still couldn't beat her blush down no matter how hard she attempted to do so. Why couldn't she stop blushing so hard! She...She was too easily flustered...

Fay had said she'd kinda liked that though, even though she also liked the fact she was getting somewhat less blushy at other times...

She muffled another small squeak that came up, after Fay had pulled away from that quick peck.

Fay couldn't seem to look away from Riye's eyes, smiling a little smile at that squeak. She tried to think of more ways to express how she felt at the moment. However, despite her relative bravery with this, she was getting more bashful by the moment. She looked over Riye again before leaning in and giving her a much fuller kiss, gently threading her fingers through silver hair.

She didn't hold the kiss too long before she pulled away and, with surprising swiftness, returned to her position laying her head on Riye's lap. If Riye bothered to look, Fay's face was almost as red as hers. "U-u-uumm.. S-sorry... I got carried away.. um.. I-I.. wanted to tell you what I thought, but.. I-I was trying to avoid um..." She was trying to compliment Riye without it turning into a makeout session. Something she'd nearly failed at.

Trying to ignore how much she was burning right now, Riye responded to the kiss now that she had the chance before Fay pulled away again, immediately lowering herself back onto her lap where she'd been before.

"It...It's fine, y-you don't have to s-say sorry..." She managed to respond after a moment, not wanting Fay to think she needed to...to apologize about that.

She smiled, still embarrassed but nodding as best as she could. Riye was right... which made her happy, when she thought about it. It was okay that she'd kissed her. Really, she kind of just didn't want to derail Riye's video game time. She absentmindedly put a hand on Riye's shin and began rubbing it. "It... It just.. makes me happy.. that like..You make me feel all these...... really embarrassing things and.. and I can tell you those things and it's... okay.." Her hand trembled a little. She really was opening up a lot today, it seemed.

"Y-You make me feel...l-like that too, t-they aren't bad feelings though...definitely not..." Riye stuttered, wanting to say that after what Fay had said.

That...It was true though, even if she got flustered to the point of being unable to respond immediately... It made her happy too...

"I.. I know they're not. Just..." she giggled. Riye felt like that too? She KNEW that, but it still felt nice to hear her say it. She took a deep breath and let out a happy sigh, relaxing a little bit. She had more than a little training to keep her nerves calm, which was proving almost moderately effective at the moment.

"W-well... I at least have a good reason for being shy about the um... the kissing." She said with a slight chuckle, trying to lighten the mood, while also suffering from a slightly distracted mind. "It's your video game time. I don't want to cut into it, like... starting a.. f-frigging make out session."

"Y-Yeah, ahaha." Riye gave a small laugh, her blush still bright as she picked up the controller again, if it'd turned into that...she might have actually died due to being too flustered.

She...She'd get over reacting so embarrassingly, right? E-Even if Fay thought the blushing was cute Riye at least wanted to be more responsive!

Fay chuckled nervously. Not like she had making out on the brain now or anything silly like that. She continued absentmindedly rubbing Riye's lower leg, getting comfy again, forgoing picking up the 3DS for now. For now she just watched Riye play, content as could be. She gave a happy sigh and continued watching.

It may have been how comfy she was or it may have been how she kept slipping into her own little world that absolutely did NOT consist of make outs, but she felt her eyelids starting to grow a little heavy. A quick cat nap couldn't HURT could it?

Riye continued where she'd left off in the game, continuing with the story and moving on from the aftermath of the first boss as Fay began rubbing her lower leg. That happy sigh she heard from the other woman tinted her cheeks slightly from her calming blush; it was...nice doing these things, soothing...where they could just sit and enjoy things like this...

It was a bit later when she felt she may be nearing the next boss, and with a glance down to see Fay's reaction she couldn't help but bite back a small laugh; had she fallen asleep? It was cute.

Fay drifted off further and was well asleep by the time Riye was approaching the next boss. She rested peacefully at first, before she slowly entered REM sleep. Who even knows what she was dreaming of, but it must not have been relaxing because she started twitching a little. Soon one hand came up, not entirely UNlike a kitty paw and began weakly pawing in front of her.

Clearly she was having the most severe and not-cute dreams.

Before Riye reached the next boss, she glanced down to see how Fay was doing only to see...a rather cute sight. She was...pawing in front of her, and asleep! She reminded Riye of a kitty almost stuck in a dream!

She wondered what Fay was dreaming about though to cause these movements...it was really cute!

Riye had to suppress a giggle, she didn't want to wake Fay if she was napping.

Fay was having the most odd of dreams, actually. She was dreaming that she was a high school student. Just a regular student except she'd transferred to a new school. However, there was something awfully odd about this school.

The entire student body were birds! After the initial shock, things went fairly normally however. She made friends, went to classes. She was pretty sure one of the teachers was even flirting with her. And she fell in love and got herself a bird boyfriend.

But then it got weird. Suddenly there's diseases, murders, someone tries to kill her to put her head into a robot or kill her with some super virus. It was all part of some big complicated scheme against the humans as part of some crazy scientist's attempt at peace. But there was a kink in his plan.

Because none of the birds. Not one of these hyper intelligent animals.

Had realized that Fay was a cat in a human costume made out of felt.

Fay was acting adorable as she napped, it seemed cruel to wake her from it, so Riye continued some with the game and glanced down at the sleeping woman occasionally.

The second boss was coming soon, she could just sense it. She wondered what tricks and technique's she'd need to utilize to defeat it. Even if Fay was asleep right now, Riye still didn't want to lose! What if Fay woke up to a game over screen!? That couldn't happen! She wouldn't let it!

Meanwhile in Fay's dream, this had become an absolute disaster, though not in the way any of them could have expected. The evil science bird had cornered her and tried to take her head off. However, as he tried to commence such a thing, her disguise had fallen apart. The operation was cancelled. It was go time.

A short time later, the place was on fire, members of the alleged hawk party were laid to waste, along with a variety of other birds. Only the select few that Fay had deigned "not terrible" were saved from her wrath, nor could their tanks protect them . They were all useless before her mighty kitty paws and soon the whole world would hear her terrible victory cry.

Fay laid twitching her hands in front of her on Riye's lap, doing who knows what. Maybe something cute like playing a keyboard or something? She scrunched up her face for a second and then made a small "mrow." noise.

"Hn?" Riye looked down as Fay made a sound; had she just...just meowed? Again, Riye couldn't stop the overflow of "cute" comments that came to mind. Fay was acting absolutely adorable!

It was extremely difficult to not say so out loud, she was just so tempted to do so!

What kind of dreams could she be having that caused her to act like this she wondered again.

In the dream, things had come to a spectacular end and now, Fay was the cat ruler of the entire world. Her people had rewarded her with royalty for her actions in stopping the avian threat and now the birds served her kind, with the select few she'd saved as her personal servants/harem, fanning her, feeding her grapes and of course giving her ear scritches.

Before her, some infidel bird ambassador was asking for more feed for his people. She clapped her paws together once and the kitty guards came out and pushed him to the floor. The birds had once tried to chop off her head. She could only do the same to let this one's clan know the winter would be harsh.

Truly this was the good life.

Meanwhile, real Fay had started rubbing her head against Riye, not unlike a kitty getting their head pet. She was also making a small purring noise with her lips. Yes. Clearly having an innocent kitty dream.

"Cute..." Alright, so Riye couldn't hold back a comment anymore, Fay was acting way too adorable in her sleep!

She was acting just like a cat! She had those cat-like ears showing too, and Riye almost wanted to reach down and pet, but...Fay had mentioned that was a sensitive spot so instead she settled on giving a soft pet to the woman's head, giving a quiet giggle as she did so.

All was not well in the Kitty land of Faytopia. Though she was kitty supreme ruling over all the land, there was talk of the great elegant hand from above. She dismissed these rumors but soon the shadow was cast over her land. Soon the hand had come directly into her castle and begun petting her head.

But these pets were not like normal pets. They made her feel unsettled instead of calm and purring. Her kitty face would surely melt off any second, not to mention that... awkward feeling.

Fay's face slowly started turning red, her head leaning rather hard into Riye's hand. She made a small little "Hrm." noise that sounded almost like it could have been a bashful sound.

Fay was enjoying the pets even in her sleep, or so it looked as Riye felt the woman lean into her hand at the hair pets. Her face was turning red too, she wondered if the dream had turned embarrassing...

She hadn't actually thought she'd been heard somewhat or anything.

That sound she'd made too...

The Lord High Lord of Kitties Fay was on the run from the Great Dainty Hand and its pets. She had to escape. As the land around her was destroyed and converted into some sort of awkward kissing party by the hand, she scurried away, before finally reaching what she needed to get to.

Of course! Her underground bunker. A secret place that she could escape any assailant, sacred to the feline order to protect their mighty queen from even the most ferocious of foes.

Fay lifted an arm to cover her face, burying it as well as she could under her arm. Another embarrassed noise of not-quite-protest grumbled out of her.

Fay was getting embarrassed in her sleep it seemed, and Riye couldn't help but give another small giggle as Fay attempted to hide her face with her arm. Another noise had also come out and Riye had to resist giggling again.

She was currently distracted from the game, having paused it at a good stopping point to turn her attention to the sleeping woman resting against her lap.

There was loud thundering as the mighty hand pushed tenderly against the underground bunker. Even with such a gentle movement, the bunker could not hold against the hand's mighty power and soon even the roof had collapsed, leaving Fay exposed to its petting wrath.

"No. noooo." She tried to shield herself before the hand got to her, petting her, knocking her down, scritching at ears. Nooooo

Fay made another small noise, shaking her head before her eyes snapped open and she made a small startled noise, starting to flail for an instant before catching herself. She noticed the petting on her head and, still a little shaken, looked up at Riye. "Um.. I...fell asleep?" she asked, still unsure of what was going on.

As Fay startled herself awake, Riye retracted her hand slightly, quieting until the other woman had gotten a grip on waking up after having been lost in dreamland.

Riye gave a soft smile to Fay at her question before giving a small nod; "Mhmm, you looked like you were having a dream though...so I didn't wanna wake you..."

A dream... Oh.. It was... something about kitties? And birds? She remembered it was really sad then really awesome... and there was a hand that was.. that had been...wait... that.. could.. Fay's face turned red again.

"Um.. W-were you.. ?" She didn't even need Riye to answer and immediately buried her face under her arm again. "S-sorry..." She didn't even know what she was apologizing for. "I didn't say anything weird did I?"

"Was I...?" Riye tilted her head slightly, "I petted your hair for a little bit, but that was it."

She hadn't wanted to wake Fay, so she'd kept the petting gentle and light, and she'd hoped that it'd been comfortable...but of course, she couldn't know whether it had ultimately helped or not; Fay had started to blush though shortly after...

"You don't have to apologize, and as for saying things, no...you didn't say anything, but you made sounds sometimes. It was cute!" She had acted like a kitty, having meowed and even almost purred a little.
