Rooftop Lessons

"I-I...I know that..." Riye stuttered, trying to ignore her blush as Fay held her close. It was easier to get used to something if you experienced it a lot...so...so she knew that! Still...Still it was embarrassing at the start!

Fay smirked, her face heating up a little as she tilted her head and came in, giving Riye a soft, slow kiss on the lips. "Hmm. I've wanted to do that all day." She admitted, nuzzling against Riye's cheek after the kiss for a moment.

"I mean... You are unbearably cute in that exercise outfit." she said, a little mischievous look on her face. "And just to see if I can get an additional squeak, I'll point out I could use some other words besides 'cute' if I were being mean."

Riye was surprised slightly by the kiss, though she probably shouldn't have been, it was a slow one though...so she had time to respond, which she did before Fay pulled away and nuzzled her.

Just as the woman wished she earned another squeak. That-!

Fay chuckled, pulling Riye against her and giving her another kiss. Yes. Those squeaks were cuteness in audible form. "Yeeesss." She continued to laugh, nuzzling against Riye's cheek. "You get used to flirting and I get to hear those cute squeaks. This is a win win."

"It's true though. I behaved ALL day, even though training could have been ripe for teasing." She said with a playful pout.

Riye attempted to ignore her blush, but it was difficult too, especially as Fay mentioned all of those teasing opportunities she'd had but hadn't taken. That...She...she'd known she'd looked silly during practice, but...but still-!

And...And how was the squeaking cute!?

"After all, you look too cute today." She said with a giggle, completely unaware Riye had taken her to mean any kind of teasing but the flirting kind. She nuzzled Riye, getting a little bashful herself. She liked teasing Riye but she could still only be so forward.

"Um..." She had meant to keep talking smooth. While the words came so easily when she was talking about Riye, when she brought up herself... not so much. "I could have trained you in anything after all. D-don't tell me you didn't appreciate the outfit?" While Fay was teasing her, her tone made it clear she was a little less confident about herself than her words indicated.

Riye gave a small, sheepish laugh at the compliment as she ignored the blush in her face; she...she was just dressed in an exercise outfit though...c...cute?

"Thank...thank you for the training though, I'm sure we'll make more progress i-in the future..." Fay's help would definitely not go to waste!

Fay didn't know what to do with the blush and the little laugh. Riye was too cute, damn it. She gave her another quick kiss before pulling away from her. "Absolutely. You'll be a force to be reckoned with for any foolish hollow before long." She said adamantly.

She picked up a few more loose items on the floor before glancing around. "Um... looks good. Thank you for cleaning, Riye. You can get started if you want. I can make us a snack?" She didn't have the same cooking resources Riye did... she could make ramen? Popcorn? Hrm...

Riye gave a small giggle at hearing that, "Yeah!"

She'd be able to handle hollows eventually! It wasn't like she wanted to stick around and fight them, but it'd be good if she at least had the ability to take them out if it were necessary.

"No problem, I was glad I could help." She added when Fay thanked her on the cleaning, "Alright, I'll get a game then."

Fay could handle a snack for them then, now...she just had to decide on a game...

She gave a pleased giggle before adjourning to what could tentatively be called the kitchen, which was in fact a refrigerator with a microwave sitting atop it, which served well in conjunction with the hot plate on the other side of the room. She opened the tiny cupboard and looked around.. Hrm... There was... Ah! She pulled out some popcorn and went about getting a bowl of it going in the microwave.

"If you're hungry in a bit, I can make us a big pot of Ramen we can split? Popcorn is quick though so I figured I'd make that first." She said, heading over to Riye with the bowl once she was done. "So. What'd you pick out?"

"Alright, popcorn is good for now!" Riye replied as she went about picking out a game.

Hmm, what kind of game should they play? Fighting would be the simplest for the two of them to do together, but there were more options than that! "Which? Aha...which would you recommend?" She questioned as Fay finished with the popcorn and approached her.

She set the popcorn down carefully on the floor, not wanting it to get knocked over when they sat on the bed-couch. "Hmm... You like RPGs, right?" She said, looking and pulling out a small few. "Um... Do you want to play one of these?" She asked, with a gentle little smile.

"I... could make you a deal, yeah. You can play a single player game, as... long as I can um.. rest my head on your lap?" She looked away, holding the games out.

"Mhmm." Yup, RPGs were a favorite of hers! As Fay laid out some of the games, she looked over them; they were RPGs, but that meant it'd pretty much be just her playing...then what about...?

A deal?

Fay wanted to...

Riye felt herself flush a little, but ended up nodding after a short moment; "O-Okay. That'll work, um..." She looked over the games the woman had pulled out before picking one, "This one then?"

Fay nodded. "Excellent choice!" She said before taking the game out of its case and putting it in the system. She sat down on the bed and patted the spot next to her for Riye to sit on. She also picked up the controller and held it up for Riye to take when she wanted. "I love this one. I think you'll like it." She said, before adding with a slight blush. "And... I mean it's pretty long but... you can come play it whenever you want to.."

Riye smiled at Fay's response; it had been a great choice, she was happy to hear that! As Fay patted the area next to her Riye moved to seat herself there, "I'm sure it'll be great then."

If it was long that was okay, she tended to like long games if the story was great, and Fay had said this was an excellent choice, so she trusted her judgement on that.

Though she'd blushed at Fay's stuttered offer; she'd come over more, definitely. It would be nice.

Fay nodded. It absolutely would. And she would do her best not to coach or back-seat game if Riye got stuck. She picked up the popcorn and held it up for Riye to take some before setting it on her lap. She began kicking her feet slightly, happy as could be. She had someone in her apartment, having fun. This had never happened with so much as a friend, much less a girlfriend.

She quietly tilted her head and rested it on Riye's shoulder.

Riye accepted some of the offered popcorn, tossing the few pieces she'd gotten into her mouth before another smile came along, it was good! She could only hope she wouldn't be too bad at this game, she was pretty good with RPG's so she wasn't too worried thought.

She could do this!

Fay nuzzled absentmindedly, wondering if she should grab her 3DS? Hrm... Not for now. As the system came on, she pressed some buttons, leaning forward to pop the disc in. A bit more navigation complete and the game began. She placed the controller in Riye's hands, before resting her own in her lap politely.

"The opening video for this game is really pretty if you want to watch it." She offered helpfully. She took a bite of some popcorn, excited just for this silly mundane thing that was happening.

"Okay, we can watch it; I usually watch the opening sequences for games!"

She usually enjoyed them, sometimes the music or songs to them could be great or the sequence overall could be amazing or pretty. So if she enjoyed them she normally watched them whenever she played.

Riye accepted the controller when Fay placed it in her hands, her eyes moving to the screen where the game would show.

Riye grinned as the video started, with its pretty music showing off the cast and setting the feel for the game. She gently slipped one arm around Riye's and squeezed it gently, making a small little humming noise for a second. "Um... I know we only just started but... I'm really enjoying this." She admitted. She knew it was silly to make a big deal out of it but she felt like she was going to explode.

Riye watched as the opening credits went by, enjoying the music and pretty opening as she felt Fay's arm move around her. At the woman's words she gave a small laugh, "I'm enjoying it to." She replied; she was being honest, she was enjoying this even though they'd just started the game up...

Riye seemed to be enjoying the game so far. At least the opening. Either way, Fay was happy. As Riye started the game proper, Fay snuggled up closer to her. The game's tutorial was worked pretty well into the prologue and Fay didn't have much to say in terms of pointers. She was okay with the silence though. For now, at least. After a while, despite comfortable, she felt her thumbs itching to do things... Hrm...

She glanced behind them on the bed and spied her 3DS... Hrmm... "Riye?" She asked quietly, not wanting to interrupt the story too much. She snagged the 3DS and held it up. "I don't suppose.. I could use you as a headrest and play something quietly? It won't require much focus so um... I'll still be watching you play too." The game she was going to play was a fairly simple, but fun action game so she'd still have plenty of attention for Riye.

Riye was sure to pay close attention to the game, happy with the way the tutorial was handled; she paid extra attention to it, not wanting to make too many mistakes in front of Fay even though she'd just started the game.

Hearing her name, she looked over at Fay as the woman snagged the 3DS from the best; "T-That's fine, I don't mind." She replied, giving a small nod.

Fay happily nodded, nuzzling against Riye's shoulder before she scooted over a bit. She snapped the 3DS shut for just a moment and laid down, carefully, nervously even, laying her head on Riye's lap. "Um.. I'm not.. uncomfy, am I?" She asked worriedly. Goodness knows Riye was comfy.

She happily nuzzled herself in before lifting her 3DS to her face and opening it. She was playing her game, resting on her girlfriends lap while she played HER game. Fay might be in heaven right now, if there was just some sort of criminal to punch nearby.

"You're fine, not uncomfy at all." Riye answered, trying to reassure Fay as the woman laid her head down on her lap; as Fay nuzzled herself in Riye was unable to help a small happy giggle, smiling and happy to see she was comfortable.

She turned her attention back to the game for a moment, close to finishing the tutorial it seemed, this game was fun so far! She was enjoying it!
