Work... He was glad to be off work, no more... whining for the rest of the day to hear from Housewife, he'd been especially whiny yesterday but with him against both himself and Miyako...well he really wasn't a threat.

He stood outside the shop, stretching after having just changed and left.

Miyako had an bag, a plastic bag filled to the brim with pocky, a box in her hand of the stuff and a piece in her mouth. She'd wanted to come see Hibiki as he got off work, having had to take today off entirely due to a school function. The function had ended a bit ago and so she had hurried off to the shop once she was free.

She had a over the shoulder bag with a few art supplies in it in addition to the pocky bag and was glad today was especially cool since this would be unbearable with her coat on. Spotting a familiar figure outside the shop, she bounded over with a smile as bright as the sun. "Hibiki! Ah, I got you just in time! pocky?"

Aito was about to walk off and head home, but he stopped mid-step as he heard his name being called. He turned to see Miyako, a few bags in her arms with...well pocky was definitely something on her person.

"Ah...Sure..." He replied; turning towards her as she bounded over him.

Miyako stared up at him, her eyes narrowing before she pulled a piece out for him to take. It was marble tea pocky. "...Hm..."

She had thought he might smile to see her surprise him! But she was apparently mistaken... This would be harder than expected.

Aito accepted the piece of pocky from her, biting a piece from it; he'd never had this kind and...it was good, it tasted nice.

His eyes returned to her at her sound, her eyes had narrowed earlier to. What? Was something wrong? Things seemed...fine? Normal, anyway...

"On your way home?" Miyako pushed off her odd actions earlier with a smile, looking up at Hibiki as if nothing was wrong and she was not plotting things. "Sorry I didn't send a message, I got out early and wanted to surprise you."

She wondered...how to get him to smile...it wasn't like she could surprise him with kisses since he was too tall...

"Yeah...and s'fine."

She'd wanted to surprise him? Well...he hadn't expected to see her coming by on her day off, so it was...somewhat of a surprise? He just hadn't reacted accordingly? Whoops...

Well, a fake reaction would've made him look like an idiot.

"That's good. Not tired of me yet." Miyako grinned a bit sheepishly and tugged a pigtail. "Did you wanna do anything today then? It's fine if you just wanted to relax at home or be alone!"

She hoped he'd let her come with him, she wanted...to see if she could get him to smile. It'd been bugging her something fierce! But if he didn't want company then it would be useless to force it on him. Uugh it was so frustrating sometimes not being able to read him!

Aito gave a small nod to confirm that statement; he wasn't going to just...get tired of her though... was she teasing with that, or had he just nodded for nothing and looked like an idiot.

"We can go somewhere or home, either's fine." Aito replied; he didn't have any plans after work, and had been about to head home, but if Miyako had ideas that'd be fine as well.

He was completely free for the day, it'd be...good to spend more time with Miyako...

Miyako hadn't been expecting him to respond to her comment at all and the nod sent a deep flush across her cheeks as she turned away. She couldn't hide the warm smile it caused though, her arms too full to really cover her mouth. "Mmm..."

Thinking for a moment, she quickly decided on a course of action. "Your home it is. It'll be more relaxing there."

And easier to get you to smile when we are alone. He had internet and a laptop, so that would help if she needed to revert to cute animal videos...

"Ah..." Aito nodded; they'd go to his apartment then, it would definitely be more relaxing there just as Miyako said. There they didn't have to worry about being too hot or cold due to the weather either...

Before he started walking, he averted his eyes from her for a moment as he held out his hand. It wasn't like...it was a...giant secret anymore, those two already knew at least...which had at least been his main concern.

Miyako looked down at the offered hand and laughed softly as she took it. Her fingers twined between his as she held his hand, shaking her head very softly. She didn't comment on Hibiki's cute inability to actually do things, but gave him a grin.

"I'll even share my pocky stash with you then. Lets go!"

Feeling Miyako take his hand, he grasped hers in return and began walking in the direction towards his apartment.

The pocky?

He gave a small nod, that would...be good probably, he didn't really know what most of the types tasted like, and the one she'd given him earlier had been good.

Miyako's head tilted just slightly as she watched Hibiki while they walked, holding his hand tightly and wondering what...what could make him smile...

He'd just nodded for sharing pocky! It was one of her favorites and not even a smile? She didn't share with many people! Hm...

Maybe when they got there she could try things... what though?

Aito continued walking, unaware of what was going on within Miyako's mind. He didn't really have anything in mind on things to do when they reached his apartment other than relax, and he guessed eat pocky too since they had agreed on that.

There...really wasn't much he had other than his laptop as an entertainment source...

Well...there was Regalia as well.

If they got hungry for anything other than pocky he had food he could fix, or they could just order out again... either seemed okay with him.

"I forgot to ask! Did you want to go to the club with me this weekend?" Miyako had been too distracted by the thought of sneaking a smile out, she hadn't asked something she needed to! Her eyes were wide as she stared up at Hibiki, wondering if he'd prefer her to stay home or something... But offering him the chance to go too.

She really liked dancing so it was nice to be able to go out and do it, there wasn't much chances otherwise.

The club?

Aito had brief memories of the last time he'd gone, though it was for entirely different reasons other than going. They'd needed to find and get her, but...

This would be an actual...going to go kind of thing.

He...definitely didn't see himself mixing well with that kind of environment, but... Miyako definitely liked going, and it'd been obvious even that one time.

"I...don't mind going." He could always just... There was a bar, right?

"Are you sure? I mean you can stay home if you want. It wouldn't make me upset, I'm just going to dance." If Hibiki went would he feel forced? That would be bad and she didn't want that, shaking her head softly. "It'd be nice to have you nearby but its not super important. I mean...you don't know how to dance do you?"

She smiled, taking the sting out of any of her words as she hadn't meant it meanly at all. She just assumed...since he was tsun... Dancing required you to show emotion.

"There...'s a bar right? I can have a drink or two..." Aito replied, averting his eyes; he didn't mind going, he just...didn't see himself-

...He was about to think the word of what was meant to be done at clubs when Miyako asked...that...

"No...I don't." He answered, averting his eyes for a moment.

No, he didn't know how to dance and he'd look...like a complete idiot doing so.

"Oh. I forget you are old enough to drink! You could drink then, maybe you'd get drunk enough to dance." Miyako grinned and tried to hide her amusement at such a thought. It failed and giggles escaped as they got closer to his apartment.

"Its okay! Mm, dancing requires showing emotion and feeling music. You are too withdrawn but that's fine. I like you the way you are!" Reassuring him as best she could, she gave his hand a squeeze. "If you wanted I could try to show you? There are dances you can do with someone that are easy."

"A...Ah..." He doubted he'd get drunk enough to dance, but he'd likely drink until he felt it...maybe, he was unsure about drinking too much when going out with Miyako, he...could look like a complete dumbass, and he'd likely have a time getting home if they were actually out.

So there were cons...

He didn't have to drink until he was drunk though, so he could avoid all that.

"I..." Did he want to learn...dancing? He didn't really...have an interest in it himself, but... "Whatever's fine..."

"Hm? Something wrong with drinking?" Glancing up, she blinked a few times and wondered if Hibiki had something...wrong with that. But he said he'd have a drink or two... "Don't worry! I won't be drinking at all, never really done it anyways but if you need help getting home I can do it!"

"Mrr?" Whatever's fine...? Did he want to learn then or...not...Tsun was so hard to understand sometimes and Miyako gave a questioning sound as she blinked more.

"I'm not...worried about drinking, just drinking too much." Aito replied; "I don't plan on getting drunk, but drinks would be....good."

Even if he got drunk she'd help him home, though... his biggest concern was looking or acting like a complete idiot, which he definitely didn't want to seem like...even drunk.

"What I meant is...a...h...s'Fine...to teach if...you wanted..." He tried to explain, "Either option...is fine..."

"Ohh yeah...Huh what are you like drunk? That'd be interesting to see." Miyako's eyes widened....maybe he'd smile? She stopped and tugged on Hibiki's hand. "Do you think you could smile while drunk?"

Her secret plans might be revealed but if he drank... He could smile maybe!

"It'd probably help with dance lessons if...well you wanted too." Maybe this could be a fun experiment!

"...Dunno, but I on the off chance I act weird I'd rather not." Aito replied; "I'd...prefer to not make a dumbass of myself..."

Did he think he could smile while drunk though?

"Dunno...about the smiling thing..."
